Taylor Swift ‘s concerts are capacious enough to boost the region’s economy where shows are held. If so, it’s no wonder that a few football games had to be rearranged to accommodate Swift’s Eras tour.

Swift’s tour, which began last year, is slated to have a total of 152 performances that will run until December 2024. Most of her concerts take place in venues that can hold a large crowd. Usually, her production team makes use of NFL stadiums in America (and large-capacity soccer stadiums in other parts of the world).

The 34-year-old had some of her shows at NFL venues last season before the football year began. However, she flew off to perform in various parts of the globe—Argentina, Australia, and Singapore—after the 2023 season began.

Fortunately for Taylor, FOX News reported that the NFL committee kept her tour in mind while creating next season’s schedule. For instance, Swift has shows at the homes of the Miami Dolphins, New Orleans Saints, and Indianapolis Colts later this year.

So when those venues host Swift and Bandwagon, the NFL sides will be on the road. The Dolphins will travel to Indianapolis, the Saints will be in LA to face the Chargers, and the Colts will play the Vikings in Minnesota. No clashes, and everyone is happy.

The NFL even made it favorable for Travis Kelce to be with Taylor Swift

If Taylor Swift gets the royal treatment, then her three-time Super Bowl-winning boyfriend Travis Kelce should also get some benefits. The 14-time Grammy winner will have a six-day show in Toronto’s Rogers Centre from November 14–23. Now, coincidentally, Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs will take on the Buffalo Bills at Orchard Park.

Well, Swift did fly from Tokyo to Vegas in one night to cheer for her beau in the Super Bowl. The NFL is smart and knows the ‘Cruel Summer‘ singer brings attention, which has helped them grow outside of the country in the last 6-7 months.

Taylor’s popularity is unmatchable. The Argentina national soccer team was supposed to play international games at their home stadium, La Monumental. However, that was the same venue selected for Swift’s concerts. So Argentina’s soccer association, AFA, made the smart move and opted for a different stadium.

Similarly, the Athletic reported that La Liga soccer team Real Madrid requested the Spanish FA find an alternative ground to play their final game against Real Betis. They wanted to leave the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu for Swift’s gig.
