Lucas Peltier-USA TODAY Sports

The 2025 F1 season is a long way away but ahead of it, most of the talk in the sport has been developing around it. Quite a few seats are up for grabs and amongst the various potential drivers, there is one name that stands out, and that name is of the three-time Grand Prix winner, Carlos Sainz .

Haas driver, Nico Hulkenberg recently signed a multi-year deal with Audi that will kick start from next year onwards, amidst this, Carlos Sainz‘s entourage has made it known that they are still bidding their time in the drivers market.

As things stand, the Spaniard has quite a few teams interested in his services for next year.

The driver market has been all over the place lately and I think we will see some movement in the upcoming weeks. But, for the moment, the juggling continues. There will be no big news, at least coming from us – for sure not. We’re still playing the game, so we’ll see. Carlos Sainz’ manager said in an interview with F1

Looking at the reaction, it seems that Sainz and his entourage are keeping close tabs on every development. Things are moving at a rapid pace but despite this, Sainz and Co. are banking on bidding their time to make sure they make the correct choice for the upcoming years of the pinnacle of motor racing.

Helmut Marko claims Carlos Sainz has a three-year offer from Audi

While Sainz is playing the long game in the drivers market, the Red Bull team adviser, Helmut Marko has made it known that the former has a very attractive offer from Audi. Marko has claimed that the 29-year-old has been offered a three-year deal by the German giants.

The 2025 Red Bull seat is also a potential option for Sainz.

I think he has a very good offer from Audi for three years, but he has to make a decision relatively soon. We, on the other hand, won’t be making a decision soon, we don’t let such things put us under pressure. But of course, we are sorting. Helmut Marko said in an interview with OE24

This year’s driver market has thrown quite a few curve balls and keeping in view that there are still a decent number of seats left to be filled for next year, more chaos can ensue in the coming months. As things stand, Carlos Sainz is the most attractive option left in the drivers market.
